Management

  • Michal Kožíšek
    Board of Directors Member

    Ing. Michal Kožíšek is a graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Czech Technical University, ČVUT. He joined ALEF NULA a.s. in 2000 in the position of Systems Engineer. He is currently on the Board of Directors and is Managing Director of the entire group ALEF NULA. From 2008 he is also the Director and Board Member at the sister company Alnair a.s., the developer of tthe nangu.TV Platform.

  • Libor Bučinský
    COO

    Libor works as a Product and Project Manager at Alnair a.s. responsible for the implementation of the nangu.TV platform for individual customers. He is also responsible for sales development of the platform and maintaining relationships with standing customers. In the past, he has held various technical management positions at small and large companies, among other at Czech Telecom and Barum Continental.

  • Zdeněk Gerlický
    CTO

    Ing. Zdeněk Gerlický completed his graduate studies at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague, majoring in Computer Networks and Internet. He works at Alnair a.s. from 2006 as a Middleware System Developer for the IPTV platform. In 2013 he assumed the position of Chief Technical Officer.

  • Tereza Sehořová
    Marketing Director

    Bc. Tereza Sehořová graduated from the University of San Diego, majoring in International Relations. She takes care of marketing activities, PR, and internal communication. LinkedIn profile.

  • Pavla Böhm
    CFO

    Pavla attended Secondary School of Economics in Prague and continued on to a Higher Vocational School of Finance and Accounting. She began working at Alef, which pertains to the same investment group as nangu.TV, in 2000. She worked as the Financial Director for 6 years before leaving on maternity leave. After her return, she took the position of CFO at nangu.TV. Most of her time is spent running around her daughter, but she enjoys reading in the spare time she does find.

C/C++

  • Martin Hamrle
    Team Leader

    Mgr. Martin Hamrle completed his Master’s Degree in Computer Science and Software Systems at the Mathematics and Physics Faculty of Charles University. In secondary school, he participated in the project Voice Interaction over Intelligent Networks. From 2007 to 2009, he worked at e-Fractal s.r.o. on a project focused on the synchronization of personal data. From mid-2009, he works at Alnair a.s. as a C/C++ programmer with a focus on STB.

  • Martin Zlatuška

    Ing. Martin Zlatuška completed his Master’s Degree at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, ČVUT, Prague, majoring in Computer Graphics. He is at Alnair a.s. from 2009 and works as a C/C++ programmer.

  • Jindřich Makovička

    Ing. Jindřich Makovička, Ph.D. is a graduate of the Engineering and Doctorate Program at the Faculty of Nuclear Sciences and Physical Engineering. He obtained his Ph.D. title in Mathematical Engineering in 2009. His research focused on the numerical modeling of combustion processes in power plants. The research was also a part of the project „Advanced Control and Optimization for Power Generation“ sponsored by the Ministry of Industry and Business. During his studies, he participated in the development of Open Source software project concerned with multimedia processing. From 2006, he is a part of the nangu.TV platform development as a C++ programmer. He enjoys inline skating and has attended and Italian Cuisine seminar.

  • Michal Záborec
    Team Leader

    Ing. Michal Záborec completed the Graduate Program at the Czech Technical University in Prague, Faculty of Electrical Engineering. He continues to be active in using meta-heuristic algorithms in data mining and artificial intelligence. He currently works as a JAVA Programmer at Alnair a.s.

JavaScript (STB Front-end)

  • Jan Suchý
    Team Leader

    Ing. Jan Suchý is a graduate of the Engineer Program at the Cybernetic Faculty of Electrical Engineering. He works as a developer at Alnair since 2006. He currently holds the position of Development Manager for the development of set-top box user interfaces and their integration to related systems. He is a fan of water sports.

  • Tomáš Tichý

    Ing. Tomáš Tichý completed the graduate program Systems Engineering and Computer Science at the Faculty of Economics and Management at the ČZU in Prague. From 2005, he worked as an Administrator at the Faculty of Cell Biology, PřF UK, and from 2007 at MPM Production. He currently participates in the development of the Front-End of the IPTV platform nangu.TV at Alnair a.s. He enjoys rock climbing, marital arts, and playing Frisbee.

  • Martin Indra

    Martin is currently studying Open Informatics at the Czech Technical University, Faculty of Electrical Engineering. At nangu.TV he is working on the Web Portal. In his free time, he enjoys developing open source software and running.

  • Jan Lacina

    Jan Lacina completed Litomerice Secondary School and attended the University of Ostrava where he studied Applied Computer Science. Since 2000, he provides comprehensive IT services to small and medium sized companies. He specializes in the development of internet applications, analysis of internet projects and management of data center hosting services. He enjoys plastering.

  • Jakub Dubas
    UI/UX Designer

    Jakub studied Software Engineering and Management at CVUT in Prague and then Management under the supervision of CVUT and VSE. He is experienced in leading, realizing and cooperating on several web projects, as well as leading a sales team. Of all his work activities, he is most passionate about creating User Interfaces with a focus on user friendliness, which is the area that he takes care of at nangu.TV where he began working in 2013. In his free time, he enjoys backpacking, the outdoors, self-improvement, enjoys cooking a good meal, badminton, and is easily persuaded into any sports activity.

  • Ivan Proios

    Ivan holds both a Bachelor and Master‘s degree in Applied Informatics from the Faculty of Informatics at Masaryk University in Brno. During his studies he cooperated on a project for the Technical University in Liberec, where he programmed a plugin for particle system simulation. For his thesis, he programmed a environment for the simulation of visual glitches in static visual media. For fun, he enjoys comics and ancient computer games.

Web Portal

  • Pavel Štětina
    Team Leader

    Pavel attended the Czech University of Live Sciences in Prague, taking courses in Computer Science. Since 1995, he has worked in HTML, and since then has held several positions as a PHP programmer, including team leader. At nangu.TV he develops the Web Portal. Pavel likes to garden, plays the Japanese drums, enjoys encryption games and yoga.

  • Vít Koumar

    Bc. Vít Koumar studied at VŠE, Faculty of Computer Science and Statistics, majoring in Applied Computer Science. He worked at 123Shop.cz developing the back end, specifically the barcodes. At nangu.TV, he is part of the Web Portal team of the Media Platform. He likes dogs and enjoys playing squash and badminton in his spare time.

Android

  • Václav Zůna
    Team Leader

    Bc. Václav Zůna is currently working on his Master’s degree at the Czech Technical University in Prague in the field of Software Engineering and Management. His work at nangu.TV consists of creating a new concept for the HD User Interface and will be used towards his Master’s thesis. He enjoys creating open source games and applications for mobile devices. He also plays the guitar and gives lessons in his spare time.

  • Jaromir Barta

    Jaromir attended the College of Polytechins in Jihlava, Faculty of Applied Informatics where he received his Bachelor’s degree. He has several years of experience in Android application development, he recently cooperated on the development of the „Můj McDonald’s“ application. He joined the newly established Android team in 2013. In his spare time he plays the bass guitar and likes to run and play frisbee.

  • Júlia Renčová
    Team Leader

    Mgr. Júlia Renčová is a graduate of the Faculty of Philosophy at the Comenius University in Bratislava, where she majored in History and Esthetics. After completing her studies, she worked as Documentation Administrator and IPTV Solutions Tester. She currently leads a team of quality controllers and testers of nangu.TV at Alnair a.s. LinkedIn profile.

  • Petra Mílová

    Petra studied at the Business Academy with an emphasis on marketing and management. She has worked in the company Volny, holding various positions including Technical Support, Advertisement Sales Manager, and Sale Support Specialist. She later worked for Economia a.s. as a Project Communications Specialist. At nangu.TV sho works as a Tester. In her spare time she likes to listen to music, especially Drum’n’Bass, travel and hang out with her kids.

  • Jan Oudrnický

    Ing. Jan Oudrnický graduated from the University of Economics, VŠE, Master’s Program in Information Systems and Technology. He wrote his thesis on the testing of software. During his studies, he worked as Tester at Arber Technologies and came to Alnair a.s. in the year 2011 as Tester and Documentarist. LinkedIn profile.

  • Roman Fišer
    Team Leader

    Roman attended Benesov Secondary School and later went on to the Czech Technical University in Prague. From the year 2000, he has worked as a Software Developer and IT Specialist holding several positions, including IT Manager at TrimCon s.r.o. He later worked as a Technical Consultant. He began working at nangu.TV in 2010 as a Linux Administrator. He is a proficient juggler and likes different Oolong teas. LinkedIn profile.

  • Zdeněk Prejza

    Ing. Zdeněk Prejza attended Nymburk Secondary School and later went on to the Czech Technical University in Prague. He works at nangu.TV as a System Administrator since 2010. He frequently has a Red Bull can on his desk.

  • Daniel Veselý

    Daniel attended secondary school in Prague with a focus on engineering and telecommunications. He has 18 years of experience working as a system and network administrator. He joined nangu.TV in 2012 occupying the position of System Administrator in the Operations team. He is a happy father of two children and in his free time is a pilot in the EVE Universe.

  • Aleš Zemene

    Aleš studied programming of multimedia environments in London at IT First Ltd. He has worked with several institutions on art and audio-visual installations, and as a multimedia engineer for mobile media. At nangu.TV he works in the Operations team as the 1st level of support and Linux System Administrator. He enjoys sailing, paragliding, and playing the double bass.

Sales

  • Pavel Rauš

    Pavel attended Prachatice Secondary School and has 11 years' experience working as a system and network administrator. He joined nangu.TV in 2011 as an administrator of the nangu.TV Media Platform and is now part of the Presales team. He enjoys road biking and swimming in his free time.

  • Šárka Pekárková

    Ing. Šárka Pekárková is a graduate of VŠE, Faculty of International Relations, majoring in International Business. Before joining nangu.TV, she worked as a tour guide for 4 years in English, Czech and German. She has also taught English to high school students for 3 ½ years. Šárka enjoys various sports and is learning to salsa dance.

  • Michal Čejka

    Michal graduated from the Higher Vocational School in Kutná Hora with a focus on television technology and documentations. He works as a Presales Engineer at nangu.TV. He plays the guitar in the group Dub Artillery since 2006 and is currently working on a music project Confessions.
